Shipping Information

We process orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even for expedited shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours after your order has been shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Important Information

• Accurate Addresses: Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1 to 2 additional days. Please verify your shipping and billing details before confirming your order.
• Delivery Location: Most packages are delivered to a mailbox or door. If the carrier deems the location unsafe, the package will be held at a local post office or rescheduled for delivery. It is recommended to use an address where someone can receive the package.
• Taxes and International Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These fees are not collected by Welora and cannot be refunded. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check with your local customs office for more information.
• Incorrect Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To change an address, please contact us immediately at contact@shop.welora.com. If the package has already been dispatched, we must wait for its return to our warehouse before we can reship or issue a refund.
• Returns: Return shipping fees to Welora are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult our Return Policy for further details.
